Doggy Microchip Law moves forward in Los Angeles

Los Angeles is working toward passing a law that will make it easier to be reunited with your beloved pooch if they get lost. They are proposing mandatory microchips in all dogs so that when they come into a shelter – if they are chipped you do not have to worry that your dog will be destroyed without you knowing about it.
